About the Photographer

My Name is Kiana McCrackin, I am a photographer, a dreamer, and a believer in fairytales.  I am obsessed with the color red, love, laughing so hard it hurts, and this thing we call life.

I believe that there is almost nothing as important as portraiture, think about it, if your house burned down wouldn’t it be your family photos you missed the most? The beauty in relationships is what inspires me. Love is all, and that is what I strive to portray. I have a portraiture studio located in a toy store called Once Upon a Time but I also love to do on location work.

I fell in love with photography when I was in high school and decided to make it my life. I attended The Brooks Institute of Photography where I will graduate in August of 2012 with a Bachelors of Fine Art degree in Professional Photography. Brooks is the leading photography school in the US and I learned from some of the most amazing photographers in the Industry. My heart has always belonged to portraiture and this has been my focus for 5 years. I would love to use my excellent technical training combined with my natural eye for my art to photograph you and your loved ones.
